DAZA OptiSCAN Community Pack with receiver
The OptiSCAN is a wireless sensor device that is placed on the floor to scan an area, 90 degree / quadrant near a care bed. There is a guide on top of the scanner to assist in the safe placement of device in relation to the care bed ensuring optimum performance. The device’s sensor is triggered in a fraction of a second as a person prepares to exit the bed by placing their first foot out of the bed towards the floor. This provides carers with advance notice before one or both feet are physically on the floor. OptiSCAN will alert when there is a roll out of bed senario. To prevent patient disorientation or risk to balance, there is no audible alarm at the point of scanning.
