You may have found the item you ordered is not what you expected or may no longer suit your needs or the needs of the person you purchased it for.
You are entitled to return the item for a refund if you are unsatisfied with it, once it meets the below requirements:
1. You are returning the item within 14 days of purchase.
2. The item is unused.
3. The item is in its original packaging.
4. The item is in re-sellable condition with all its parts.
5. You have the receipt as proof of purchase.
Failure to do any of the above will result in a refund not being provided.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
