All our service activities including our Decontamination Service are fully Certified to the highest international standards of ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO 14001.
We maintain a large stock of spare parts for quick response and utilise our own purpose-built Software Assetpal to provide maximum efficiency and traceability for all our service.
Assetpal software will provide you with 24/7 access to all your Asset Register and the life service history of your equipment and enable to retrieve all required Certificates at the press of a button.

- Correct donning and doffing of PPE.
- Disposal of PPE.
- Practicing social distancing techniques.
- Homecare Medical service engineers carrying out servicing/repairs will:
- Dispose of all PEE on site to avoid exporting infections.
- Equipped with the extra PPE and cleaning supplies for safety and peace of mind.
